A Belated Merry Christmas!

Well, One Chic Mama has taken a few days off to celebrate the holiday. I want to wish you all a wonderful week and hope that you have lots of time to really enjoy your kids. I'm really enjoying mine - and with a week off from preschool for my daughter, it can be a challenge to keep her entertained. Today we went to the library and read some stories, played games on the computer and got some new books to take home. Then we made banana bread, played this great new Tea Party Game she got from Grandma. We had a brief scavenger hunt in the backyard, and now she's in her Cinderella dress playing with our neighbor's new Barbie Townhouse. Daddy and I have a date planned tonight, which will start off with us shopping for a laptop (so look for posts a bit more frequently in the future)then maybe taking in a movie and having a nice dinner. The perfect end to a perfect day. Happy Holidays!
