Happy Thanksgiving, Mamas!

I want to take a moment to wish all you amazing, hard-working moms out there a wonderful Thanksgiving! I hope you and your families are able to take some time to be thankful for each other, and to escape the chaos that seems to become life once little ones come into your lives.

We're fortunate enough to be spending time with family at the beach, where it's a balmy 78 degrees today. It's been both a fun and challenging trip. I'm hesitant to say vacation because with two little ones in tow, there's always something that needs attention and very little time for relaxation. I guess I can sleep in when they go off to college. But I wouldn't trade this time for anything. Despite all the challenges family can bring, the joy being together brings far surpasses the indifferences and inconveniences.

I hope you all have many things to be thankful for this holiday season. I am thankful to have such fabulous readers who encourage us here at One Chic Mama. It's been a joy to have created One Chic Mama, and I look forward to many more exciting posts! As we kick off the start to the frantic shopping season, check back here often. We'll offer up tips to help you keep your calm, take care of yourself, and reminders to just... breathe.
