Little girls seem to gravitate towards anything that's sparkly or has a frill of any sort. It taps into that little fantasy where everything is sparkly and happy and wonderful (sure wish I could go to that place some days!). These are so cute! I kind of find the whole tutu thing pretty gaudy for anything past dress-up gear(or you know..dance class..), but my daughter is totally obsessed, and these are definitely passable! She would love it.
