Moms Rock

We all know moms rock. I mean, who else can wipe noses and butts all day long and still look fabulous while coordinating afternoon activities and making dinner. The moms behind 2Funky Mums want to celebrate moms with their cute tees with the phrase "Moms Rock" on the front. Made from cotton with a touch of spandex for fit, "MOMS ROCK" is spelled out in rhinestones for all the world to see.

Mom's rock because they go above and beyond doing and handling things that NO ONE else can do. I am a first time mom and I have gone through experiences that I would have never imagined. I LOVE being a mom.

Let me tell you why I rock; It wasn't the 72 hour homebirth, it wasn't the 11 lb baby boy, the second homebirth 9 lb baby girl, the third homebirth with hospital transport and 8 lb baby girl, it was the ass wiping and the boo boo kissing in between. It was the hard tears I cried sending them off to school with their My Little Pony lunch box on a big school bus. It was letting them go to Grandma's on the other side of the country for two weeks and holding my breath until I got the call they were all right. It's the sick nights you wipe their warm little brows and hold their hair and they still puke on you and it's ok. I just rock like that. I have the best and hardest job in the world. I wouldn't trade it for anything!

Why do moms rock?

Who else but mom works 27/7, 365 days a year without any pay, vavation or sick days? Who else can make a boo boo better just just a kiss? Who does not mind getting spit up, puked on, peed and pooped on, even thinks it is cute. Sleepless nights, real bad hair days, big puffy eyes with dark circles under them who would do anything just for a long hot bath but never complains about any of it.

Mom.

Those are just a few reasons why mom rocks. Plus it is always great when your kids will say to you, "Mom you rock".

Moms rock because we somehow find unlimited amounts of energy to play with our kids, to feed them, change their butts, wipe their noses, kiss a booboo AND we do it all on NO sleep. I am an XL.

If we do it right, moms are heroes to their kids. They recognize the sacrifices we make and remember the silly, fun times together. Kids know they need their moms because we ARE their rock. I wouldn't have it any other way. Give your kids your time now & they will give you theirs the rest of their lives.

I think moms rock because we know what is important for appearances. If my husband dresses them, they do not match, have not brushed their teeth, or hair. He states that no one would notice. I would love a size medium

One time I hear Dr. Phil say (about moms, dads, & baby), that a man might get up if he had to, if the baby was crying in the middle of the night, but a mother WANTS to get up to see why the baby is crying in the middle of the night. My hubby is a good dad, but I just thought that was so true. I get up and check on the baby all the way up to my 13 year old. Moms can also run on nothing-I've done it and you all have done it too. Rock on moms.
