This sounds great! My daughter's shoes are stuffed in a few drawers, and sometimes it's hard to keep them together. We've successfully trained our two older kids to leave their shoes in "the shoe box." However, the baby is now crawling and has started to use the shoe box as a teething toy! So this would solve that problem in a flash.
