This month, in honor of Mother's Day, we want to offer moms a break from cleaning. No, we're not sending a team of hunky men out to vacuum your floor and scrub your toilets (don't we wish!). But we are giving you a chance to win a Roomba 560 from iRobot, that clever creation that does the work so you don't have to.If you don't know about it by now, the Roomba 560, is an innovative take on the vacuum. What's nice about it is that you just turn it on and let it go. Turn it loose and it cleans your entire floor, as well as under and around furniture. It'll automatically adjust from carpet to hardwoods and back again, and can detect where there's more dirt. With a sensor that helps it avoid stairs and drop-offs, you don't have to worry about it taking a spill.
To use the Roomba 560, you simply press the "clean" button and let it go (oh, if only the rest of the housework were that simple). It'll go from room to room, while making a quiet hum (some moms I know use it as "white noise" to help their babies sleep), and then return itself to its docking station when complete. With anti-tangle technology to keep it from getting caught in cords, carpet or other dangling items, and a "virtual walls" setting to give it parameters, the Roomba 560, is a nice little helping hand.
If a little help around the house is what you need, try a Roomba 560. It'll help keep your floors clean (even with messy kids and pets around) while you relax, or, more likely, take care of the rest of the housework.
Exclusive for One Chic Mama Readers
If you'd like to be entered to win a Roomba 560 ($349.99 value), just leave us a comment and tell us how a Roomba 560 would make a difference in your life. Please note, all comments are moderated and may not appear immediately. The deadline is Midnight EST, May 17.

«Oldest ‹Older 401 – 600 of 990 Newer› Newest»We have 2 cats and 2 dogs so the amount of hair that hits ours floors is amazing----the roomba could vacuum every day for me so I would finally have clean floors. Plus I think it might also entertain the animals when we are all too busy to play with them.
With having 5 pets in the house, and working full time, this would help LOADS!!
iluv2pray@gmail.com
With a black lab, light colored rugs and 2 little ones, the Roomba would certainly reduce the daily grind/guilt!
Thanks for the chance to win. G

My neighbor has got one of these and at first I was pretty skeptical, but now I'm just plain jealous! I despise vacuuming, especially now that it is mostly a daily chore since I have a messy toddler in the house! Just pushing a button and it getting done sounds heavenly! Thanks for such a generous giveaway!

as a new mom, just getting this whole mom thing under control. i have found little time to keep up with the dirty floors.
a roomba would help me keep the pet fur under control.
I don't have a lot of time to clean so this would really help me out A LOT! I could just turn it on and let it go while I'm getting other things on my to-do list checked off.
I vacuum a lot. This would really save me lots of time!
I have COPD , so it is hard to vacumn as much I would like to or need to. This would be such a big help!!
Thanks for a great contest =)
I would love this! My 2 boys both hate the vacuum, so I usually can't do the whole house until someone else is here to take them outside. This would help me to be able to stay with them, or take them outside while it does the work for me!
One less household chore would give me more time to spend with my children. Thanks for the contest.
I have arthritis and vacuuming is definitely no fun for me. I would love to have a Roomba to help me out. I've seen one in action and it would be a real blessing.
Thank you for this giveaway.

I suffer from anxiety and find that I get the nervous sweats when I vacuum. This would definately ease some of that distress.
Because of back problems my carpets get vacuumed only when someone offers to do it for me. What a problem solver this would be.
Are you kidding? Someone out there turned my fantasy into a va-va-va-roomba reality! While this guy is working I could be updating photo albums, finally going through my closet OR (fave option coming up . . .!) just be hanging out and enjoying some downtime with my little cherub:)
I feel like I'm always cleaning up! The husband, the child, the dogs; they all make huge messes! Roomba could take care of the floors, giving me more time to take care of the dishes, the laundry, the toilets, etc.
This would free me from cleaning up the endless trail of crumbs left by my son....and it would provide a bonus...my son would probably chase the Roomba around, thus entertaining him, and giving me free time!

With a home that is occupied by 2 adults, 4 children 8 and under, 2 cats and one lonely dog...this would really help us...thanks for the contest.
This would be great for my new at home daycare my mom and I are opening in 2 weeks. We would LOVE it.
I hate to vacuum, my husband doesn't like it much either. This would be so nice to just set it and go.
Well, let me be completely honest. I HATE vacuuming so I do it very little...and my carpet suffers for it. I sure could use a Va-Va-Va-Roomba!
Difficult to reach and get-to areas in the house would finally get clean! As I suffer with chronic pain, this would be a real blessing in keeping my home clean and, as a result, my spirits up, as some days I just don't have what it takes to run a vacuum cleaner!
I have wanted a Roomba since I first saw it on Oprah. This is a great giveaway!

I would like to give my sister the Roomba because after having a stroke at the age of 42, she finds it difficult to keep her house as clean as she would like it.
I'm getting up in years and it's becoming increaingly hard to keep the floors vacummed. This would be wonderful to have.
I board dogs in my home. I vacumne 2 or 3 times a day. No one needs this more than me.
I have 5 cats and have always wanted a Roomba. It might be interesting to see how the cats would react to it!

I'd like to rhumba with a new Roomba!
Funny, I was just thinking about this earlier today. I've been feeling so overwhelmed with the housework lately, and how I can't keep up with it AND have time for my kids, too. Having a roomba would free up a bit of time to sit down on the floor with them and colour, read, or whatever they want to do with me.
I'm a single mom who works 40 hours a week and drives 12 hours to work on top of it!! When I get home I cook and clean the kitchen the last thing I can find time for is the floors!! It would save me more time so I could spend it playing trains with my son!
My youngest daughter is autistic. She hates the sound of the vacuum. It just terrifies her. So, I can only clean when she is asleep (and I am exhausted) or when she is out of the house; which is rare without me. I could just turn on the Roomba and she and I could make ourselves busy somewhere quiet until the cleaning is done. That would be a true gift!
This would be a Godsend for my dust allergies!
We have, ahem, several cats, and thus, several kitty litters. As a result, there are always little kitty litter crystals all over the hardwood floors. inevitably, they end up in EVERY room of the house. It would be sooo nice to have this to take care of this need to vacuum everyday problem!

Thank you for your giveaway!
I have two big hairy dogs and two messy kids, I need something to clean up after them.
I am a busy mom to four boys ages 13 down to 7 months. I don't have time to vacuum like I would like, so this wonderful gadget would make my life so much simpler...and cleaner! I especially worry about my baby who loves to be on the floor...this would give me more peace of mind that at least the floor is clean!

A Roomba would make a difference in my house because I have two kids and I could play more instead of cleaning so often! I'd love to have one of these! Please enter me to win
Oh wow, I need one! I have been off my foot for two weeks because I burned it very badly. I'm also expecting a new baby in a little over a month :). This would be very helpful!
Everyone in my home works all the time to make ends meet, plus we took in 3 stray cats who make it hard to keep up with vacuuming. This would be such a great time-saver and would entertain the cats while we are at work, too!
We have 5 boy's...Need I say more?
With two young children and one that I homeschool plus all of the outside activities, it doesn't leave a lot of time for cleaning the house. A roomba would be a huge blessing and not to mention less stress for me.
This would be a God send to me. I'm on disability SS, so there is no way I could afford to buy one. And pushing my vaccum around sure takes it out of me. This Roomba would make my life so much easier. Thank you for such a wonderful offer.
the Roomba would make a huge difference... automating housework is liberating... bring on the machunes.
Thank you for a timely giveaway. Much appreciated.
I would love to win this. It seems that I can never have clean floors, as soon as I vacuum, it needs it again. This would help so much.
5 litter tracking kitties
4 neighbor kids cutting through
3 mud tracking dogs
2 chip dropping teenagers
and a husband who never cleans!
Please send roomba!
a vacumn that does its own work What more needs to be said?
I'm a SAHD and with two little ones - anything can help! I cook, clean, and care for the kids - help me clean their messes! :D
This would help me save so much time! I wouldn't have to pick up after all my loved ones. That would take a load off my shoulders - I hate vacuuming.
Thank you so much for the contest!

I've been waiting for this giveaway ever since you first mentioned it. This little Roomba looks powerful and efficient...and it's perfect for moms! What mom wouldn't want to spend less time cleaning and more time playing with her sweet kids?
Clean floors each and every day?
While my daughter and I watch and play?
That would be incredible, that's what I say!
I really need one of these! I am living with a large ruptured disc in my back along with ME/CFS. My carpets would thank you very much!
I'd finally win the battle of the dust bunnies with a Roomba.
With this, I could finally start to win the battle against the fluffballs my kitties leave everywhere they go!
I have two little girls under the age of three and a house filled with tile. I originally thought this would be great, but now I realize that vacuuming is much easier than sweeping and mopping! The Roomba would help me to keep up on my floor cleaning, both for my sake and, more importantly, for the sake of my little girls' health. I've seen this at Disneyland (Innoventions) and I think at Bed, Bath, and Beyond or something, but I've never known anyone with it. I'd love to be the first one! Thanks so much! Erica, gumbi1313 at msn dot com
I am hopefully going back to work after a long hiatus and would L-O-V-E to have a Roomba!!
I'm currently staring at chip crumbs on my living room carpet that I don't have time to clean up. This would keep my place looking more cared for.
Great giveaway! Count me in. bebemiqui82(at)yahoo(dot)com
This would make my life so much easier by getting all the dog hair before I get home and have to run the sweeper! Thanks!
nice
I am 75yrs.old and I would love a Roomba to make vacuuming easier so I can spend more time on the computer. Thanks for the chance.

It would make a HUGE difference in my working daughter's life by freeing up SO much time so she can concentrate on other things!
This would be the answer to my prayers. I have COPD and can only vac a short while before I am out of breath
I would kick back and relax while watching the Roomba do all the work! Sweet!!
I have 2 big white dogs and with as much hair as they drop, they should both be bald. But they aren't and this would be such a big help.
With 2 kids ages 6 & 10, it seems there is always some floor to sweep or vaccuum!!!! This would be so nice to just let it go and let it do it's job!!! Can I say I want one really badly??? Thanks for offering this!

Between 2 kids, my daughter's soft ball games and taking classes for my schooling online I always feel like housework is hard to get to. This would save me so much time and my floors would always be clean. To my family it would make a world of difference.

my wife really needs this
between my cat and myself (mainly myself) my floor gets very gritty. Vaccuum day is Friday but I can only vaccuum when Liza is outside. So if I don't get to it
friday the floor will stay real gritty until I can fit it in.
This is amazing! Since I have a disability that involves gait and balance issues, this sounds like a lifesaver. Please send one my way.
I would be able to cut a few minutes off my cleaning routine each day -- time that I can use for myself!! Can anyone say coffee break?
autumn398@yahoo.com
Not having to lug the heavy vacuum cleaner up and down the stairs in my split-level home would be such a blessing! The Roomba looks like it would be lightweight, so moving it from one floor to the other would be easy.
3 slaves, er I mean children and they just can't figure out how the vacuum works! Roomba come into my life so I can start enjoying mine!
smithpatty at comcast dot net
MY WIFE IS A SIMI INVALIDE AND COULD REALLY USE THIS.
The Roomba would be an AMAZING addition to my life! With being a working mom I always feel guilty cleaning after work instead of playing with my son. This would be a guilt-free way to keep my home looking clean and tidy!!
My girlfriend has one of these and I am so jealous. She RAVES about it all the time. I would love to win this giveaway!!
Thank you for the chance to win!!!
Roomba would be a tremendous help to me with all my wood floors! I recently had surgery for a broken disc in my neck so any help with chasing dust bunnies would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for a fantastic giveaway!
This would make vacuuming essentially a stress-free endeavor! I am absolutely ready for the robots to take over all my cleaning duties!
I am th proud owner of two dogs that shed enough daily to make at least another dog. This little gadget would save me a lot of wear and tear on my vacuum and my back...Thanks for the opportunity to win it
The Roomba would truly improve my life. I could keep the home cleaner while still attending to the needs of my autistic, home-schooled teenager.
It would help me immensely! I hate to vacuum so I hardly ever do it, but I suffer the consequences because I am allergic to dust.
gotfire (at) yahoo (dot) com
I have 3 year old twins who fight over the vacuum every time I get it out! This would solve one (of many!) fights in my house....thanks!!
I'm constantly having to get out the vaccum since I have a little boy who is on the floor sitting rolling over, etc. and the littest thing he will put in his mouth.
This Roomba would be so great to have so I'm spending more time playing with him while all the little things are being sucked up by the Roomba! Hands free mommy!
it's that time of year, my dog is shedding like mad!
I've got this little house you see... it's filled with my family along with the hairy ones, two sista' cats and one huge, goofy dog.
I'm having trouble enjoying the dog as much as my children. WAIT! I mean, I LOVE my children! I just don't like the dog as much as my children like him. (Whew)
Any way...
I really think something that would help with the cleaning would help me appreciate the dog, and perhaps the children, more.
Thanks!!!
I have 4 kids, a messy husband, 1 dog, and 2 bunnies. Need I say more?
Thanks for the great giveaway!
If I had a Roomba I could spend more time blogging!
love it
I have 3 dogs & 4 cats......This would make SUCH a difference in my cleaning routine. I can't even imagine how much time it would save me.

I like to run the Roomba when I leave the house and come home to clean rugs.
With 2 boys and 2 dogs, this would save me a lot of time! I wouldn't have to lug my big upright vac out of the closet or get out the broom to sweep our hardwood floors. My 2 year old knows just how to cruble the goldfish just right to where it takes forever to get all the crumbs up. This would be the perfect solution!!!!
I vacuum EVERY DAY!!! This would be a huge time (and back) saver! Thanks for the great contest!
Oh my goodness! I have been talking about this vacuum, and some other sort of handy dandy broom/mop that could clean all my floors in a snap! I'd probably spend the extra time playing on the floor with my baby boy, or maybe relaxing on the couch reading my latest book, not stressing about my how dirty my floor is!
agoodfellow@cox.net
It seems that most of my day is spent cleaning floors. If the dog isn't dragging in dirt, sand and leaves, our shoes are leaving dirt at the front door or my son is dropping food or crumbs on the floor. It is a never ending vicious cycle that just can't be won. The Roomba could be the solution...as it would always be working...freeing me up to do other cleaning or playing with my son. What a gift that would be!
owatz (AT) telus (DOT) net
Just saves so much time.
And is just about the coolest thing EVER!
i could do so many other things-it would be such a time saver

With two dogs and a toddler, this would be a great help for two overworked parents!
cafeoz(at)yankeescents(dot)com
Well, it would probably enable my little man to learn how to crawl! With all the dog hair (we sweep every day, he sheds like crazy), I don't like to leave him on the floor too much! Thanks!
ralphandtara at gmail dot com
This sure would help me a lot to lighten my load full time job full time mom there is never enough time in the day.
I have 3 indoor cats . This would help so much to stay ahead of the cat hair.
4 kids, 2 cats, 1 dog & a husband who eats on the move & leaves crumbs everywhere......sound familiar? A Roomba in our home would not only make life easier for all involved...but would be rather entertaining as well@!
2 kids, a 110 lb puppy, recent surgery on my right arm...I could use a roomba!! Love the concept, and would love to win this!
All hardwood floors + 1 cat + 1 dog +1 2year old +1 messy but lovable husband= need a Roomba!
This is a wonderful prize that I would love to win. I work two jobs and have to rush to get housework done. Plus, I have a husband and an 8 year old son and no one helps me clean up!
While at work, I spoke with a customer that has a Roomba and she loves hers and told me I should get one! My time is precious and if I had one I could be MULTITASKING! HAHA.
Good luck to all!
Oooo! I would love to win this! It's awesome, my hubby has mentioned this. I would let the thing just vacuum away while I take care of other stuff. Hope I win! :)

A roomba would be awesome, as a mommy of an infant about to start crawling I could worry less about what is on the floor!
A better question is... How would the Roomba NOT make a difference in my life!! I can only imagine how much more time and energy I would have for my preschooler and my new business venture!! Such a great giveaway!!
I'm a mother of two children under five. If that's not enough, we also have two cats, three dogs, a chinchilla, and four snakes. My husband rides off-road motorcycles, too, so you wouldn't believe how much use the vacuum gets in our house. This thing would be a lifesaver!
jlilleysprint@earthlink.net
This would be a big help for me. More time to do my work-at-home job!
Thanks :)
I am a 25 year old with very bad arthritis and degenerative disk disease in my spine. It makes it almost impossible to vacuum my apartment on my own. This Roomba would make a HUGE difference in my life because I would be able to have clean floors without being a burden on others. I could have people over again! Thank you so much for this contest.
It seems like I'm always vaccuuming the living room. There is a pine tree right outside and we are contantly tracking in pine needles. Add a baby who is putting everything in his mouth. It creeps me out that he puts things in his mouth that have been tracked in from outside.
I would love to be able to turn this on and let it do the work. And I am sure my two kids would enjoy chasing it around!
my girls are the crumbiest eaters ever. They also have been know to sneak food and leave a trail of crumbs all over the house. I could really use this (espically in the summer) to avoid those crumb sticking to your barefeet
Oh my gosh we would love this! This would make a difference in my life because it would help me pick up all the little stuff up off of the floor that I don't see that my daughter finds and tries to eat! Thanks!
If it works better than the old Roombas, it would be great to use for everyday maintenance.
My life is a constant battle with dog hair and dust. A Roomba would give me a lot more of the peaceful feeling that comes from clean floors.
I don't have a lot of time being a full time wife and mommy and working part time as a nurse. My husband and I always dispute certain household duties, vacuuming being one of them. This would solve it! : )
jasonncaryn@yahoo.com
It would make a difference since I could actually show my wife I did some cleaning and I wouldn't even have to get off the couch! haha
This is awesome! It would help out amazingly... especially saves time for my two kids
Well, I am taking care of a 92 year old mom and this would be great.
I would love to win this and give it to my mom. This would help her out so much! Like most moms she is super busy with working full-time, taking care of the family, and trying to keep the house in some sort of order this would be one less thing she would have to worry about getting done. Click the "clean" button and off it would go. Maybe that would give her that 30 minutes to take a break and give her "me" time on herself. Thanks!
marzcricket@yahoo.com
It would definitely make vacuuming more fun. And if it's more fun, then I'm more likely to do it! LOL!

I've wanted a Roomba since forever! Two hairy dogs make vacuuming a priority. I'd let it go and take a nice, hot bath while it did the work.
This would be a lifesaver! With 4 kids in the home they are forever making a mess that I have to clean up! I love that this will clean it up for me! Other than having kids that actually clean up their own messes.. nothing could be better than this!
With 3 toddling grandchildren and an aging cowboy husband living in the same house, the Roomba will allow me to keep the crumbs and hay and all kinds of every day things off the floor. My dust mop and brooms can stay in the closet instead of standing at attention in the kitchen all the time.
A Roomba would save us hauling out a heavy Vacuum, and it would save time, thanks for the giveaway.
Ah, what a time saver this would be, giving me time to do the fun stuff, like cleaning the bathroom (haha.).
I live in a house with all tile and my kids 19 & 20 bring in sand from the yard on their feet with out wiping there feet on the rugs I provide. My Fiance also brings in dirt from his job site. I'm constantly sweeping. I hate the feel of sand on my feet and in my bed. I'd love to have the Va-Va-Va-Roomba to cut my cleaning down in half.
With a baby and a dog, the floor is always covered with crumbs or dirt. I need the Roomba so that I don't go insane sweeping constantly.
This would save me so much time!
It would be great to use while I do other chores around the house... it would save a lot of time!
ticole96(at)msn(dot)com
I'd finally be able to lay down for a five-minute nap!
Oh, my gosh! I have 2 German Shepherds and a husband who is anal about keeping the house clean. This would help a lot!
Being that we have wall to wall carpeting, a 3 year old and a new baby on the way in 2 weeks, this would be so helpful in keeping the house clean!--leenburke@yahoo.com
Cool giveaway. Using the Roomba would give me more time on the computer ha ha and I would also have a blast watching the dog and bird try to figure it out.
Wow! Would it EVER make difference!!! Full-time working mom here. We all know that all the house hold chores, grocery shopping, meal prep and clean up all still have to happen, even when we are at work all day. And I still need time to love on my sweet 3 and 5 year olds. We are trying for #3 and I could really use a Roomba!!!! Less vacuuming equals more time to snuggle my little ones, while they are still little and will let me! :)
Thanks!
Karrie
I've been begging the hubby for quite some time now and can't convince him that I NEED a Roomba to help keep dirt, food, and dog hair off the hardwood floors! This would free up some time for ME!
I have a genetic eye condition and my eyesight has deteriorated to the point where I miss all sorts of dirt when cleaning just because I don't see that it's there! This would be immensely helpful!
I need this bad! I have 2 huge dogs that are outside when I am at work and we bring them in when we get home. They drag in so much dirt, leaves, and sticks that I have to vaccuum everymorning after they go back out. This Roomba will allow me to sleep in a few extra minutes each day because I will not need to vaccuum.
We live in NYC, and despite our no-shoes policy, it seems like the entire city gets tracked in daily. This would really help keep the floors cleaner (and healthier).
The Roomba would make a huge difference in my life because it would give me the gift of more free time!!!
I have a severe allergy to dust and each year it progressively gets worse. Even vacuuming can send me into an asthma. This, I could turn on and leave the area. Whoa!
Dogs, cats and kids...oh my!
Top that with MS and you have floors that are fit only for a witch! I have a fancy expensive vacuum and I can't even push it around. You would think for as much as it cost it would move itself like the Rumba. So very angry that I did not get a Rumba instead. I can't have the kids over hardly anymore unless I make sure the floors are clean, and I miss my babes! Trade ya!
My husband and I are both disabled so we could really use this!
thanks!
This would give my dear hubby a break on cleaning. He does all the housework since I have MS. I feel guilty about it so it would relieve some of my guilt because I won a prize to help him. It would be great!
Hi via Metropolitan Mama. What a fun give-a-way! My friend has one of these and she loves it. We recently put tile in our house so I think this would be great. And with three boys, I KNOW this would make my life a litle easier! ;)
This would make a world of difference at my house! My floors would actually be CLEAN! HA HA! I have two children under two...so I don't have time to vacuum! HA!
Thanks!!!

Roomba = Sanity
Six kids, two adults (one of them a bachelor male), one dog, two doves (who lose feathers faster than the desert loses sand).
That is how the Roomba would help me. It won't help with the dishes, or the yard, or moving furniture, but it will help keeping my green carpets clean, instead of polka dotted!!!
Try and push a vacum and a wheelchair at the same time! This for me would be great. I would just have to be careful that I don't run it over with my chair.
I don't think I entered this last response properly!
I'd love this... I have six kids, two adults (one of them is a male bachelor), one dog, two doves (who lose feathers faster than the desert loses sand). I work outside of the home, only to come home and work inside the home. I'm a single mom, and having green carpet is wonderful for stains, not so good for random particles!!
Help me have green carpet, and not polka-dotted carpet! Roomba would be my sanity!
This would make a difference in my life by freeing up time. what woman couldn't use that!
Cats and Toddlers! My house would have less fur and crumbs!
This would make SUCH a difference in my life! My one year old is terrified of the vaccuum cleaner, so it's hard to comfort him while I'm vaccumming at the same time. If I had a Roomba, I could take him in another room and he wouldn't have to scream (poor thing.) Also, my vaccuum cleaners always seem to break on me...it's time for a new one!
I have an older model roomba and it is great for in-between cleanings. I would love to win this to change my father-in-law's life; he really can't use a vacuum and this would make things a lot nicer for him and I think he'd have fun watching it also. Thank you!
I would to win this for my daughter. She has a large house is older and expecting her third child and her vacume doesnt work very well.
This is the greatest giveaway ever!Everyone could use a Roomba! I could use time to play outside in our new sandbox with the children. Go bike riding on Saturday mornings.
I'm preggo and vacumning can get tiring having to push something across many rooms in our apartment, plus I have 2 boys on top of that ages 3 and 14 months! The Roomba would save me some time as well to focus on other things while it works its magic!
I would love to win this for my mom-she has back problems and it's hard for her to clean underneath the bed and other furniture, this would be a huge help for her. Great contest!
What a wonderful relief for arthritis!
While I would of course miss stepping on wet peaches, oatmeal and banana hunks in my bare feet, I believe that I am ready to make that sacrifice. My daughter has recently decided, at the ripe old age of 27 months, that she is ready to sit in the big people's chairs at the dining room table and that the spill mat under it is an insult.
I seriously loathe vacuuming. You know how little kids will try to imitate the house chores they see their parents do? Guess who wouldn't know how to play vacuum if she had to-- our daughter. We would love, love, love to have a pet vacuum cleaner that could do it for us. I also suspect it could entertain her for hours as she chases it around the house!
I would love this. I have neuropathy and a robot would make cleaning the floors much easier.
Back pain, I feel guilty all the time because my family has to do 90% of the household cleaning which I use to be able to do, this would not only be a great present for myself but to ease the burden on the rest of my family for my shortcomings. Thank you for the chance and good luck everyone.
This would be such a blessing for days that are really busy. Especially with 2 hairy dogs in the house :) Thanks for entering me :)Sharon D.

Not only would it make cleaning the apartment incredibly easy - it'd be a friend for the puppy to play with when we're at work all day!
My house doesn't get vacuumed very often these days. Our vacuum works, but it recently started making the loudest noise when I pull it backwards. Thus, I can't vacuum when my daughter is napping. And ever since she learned to crawl she's been such a busybody, that I'm afraid of the mess she'd make behind my back if I tried to vacuum while she was awake. Aahh!

What a versatile machine. My house has tile, linoleum, and carpet that cries for more attention than this mom can give. Who couldn't use this kind of help. This would be a welcome gift.
We just bought my parents a new vaccuum for their new home. In my researching I came across the Roomba and thought it would be sooo nice to have. My upstairs might actually get cleaned this way!
Yipppppeeeeeee! I need a break!!!!
I am a SAHM of three small children. This would make a difference in my life by saving me time. Every time I'm done cleaning a mess a new one appears! I could spend less time cleaning and more time hanging out with my kids.
What an awesome giveaway. My wife stays at home with 2 kids and she could definitely use this.
how would it change things? the floor might actually be cleaned on a consistent basis! right now we are sporadic at best!!
What perfect timing! My 8-year-old vaccum cleaner just broke this week. I was planning on buying another one of the traditional kind, but a Roomba would be a real treat!
Lugging the vaccuum around each day to capture the quickly reproducing dust bunnies is a chore that the roomba could help me tackle/thus, allowing me time to dust and shine the many other items that are so neglected!
I am a full time working mommy and wife outside of the home! I also run a local moms support group. This would save my husband time from vacuuming! :)
I have wanted the Roomba since it hit the market. With a dog & 2 cats I am dragging out the regular vacuum twice day.
I have been wanting one so bad! We have two shedding dogs and all wood floors. I have a toddler and am expecting our second child. I have no idea how I'm going to find the time to sweep when the baby comes, it is hard to find it now!!

A robot that cleans while you are at work? Where do I sign up????!!!!!!
We really need a new vacuum so this would be a great thing for us to have. Plus my housemate is older and not so mobile so this would help him out alot
i had a very serious neck/back injury 22 years ago, due to intense pain, vacuuming is one of the things i am unable to do. my house gets vacuumed only when one of my grown kids comes to visit.
I have newborn twins and a 4 year old and no time to clean (unless you count 3am). I would love to go to sleep for an hour or two knowing that when I wake up I wont be stepping on dirt.
I have a baby who is just starting to crawl and we also have a little dog who sheds. I am constantly trying to keep the floors clean. This Roomba would help in my endeavors in keeping our floors clean. Pick me please... this would be a lifesaver.
Wow....I couldn't imagine what it would be like not having to drag out my vacuum cleaner twice a day! Between my 3 dogs, my daughter's 4, 3 kids and a messy husband, winning this would definitely be a sanity saver! Thanks for the generous giveaway!
I live with the pain of Rheumatoid arthritis each and every day. My vacuum feels like it weighs a million pounds! Wow, this would be a lifesaver!
we have a golden retriever who sheds a lot and this would make it so much easier to vacuum up all the hair!
With my son's allergies and severe asthma, pet hair everywhere and my bad back that makes vaccuming a real chore, this would be a godsend.
With working full time, I seldom make time for all of my chores, and vacuuming goes to the bottom bottom bottom of the list! We have area rugs, concrete floors and hardwood floors - and three cats shedding all over them! A roomba might actually give me a fur free floor for once!
We have 2 dogs that shed like crazy and we are always sweeping up after them daily. Having this awesome little robot would help save us so much time and effort after we get home from work that we would actually have time to play with our furry little friends instead of always cleaning up after them.
My house just never looks clean. I feel like I sweep and vaccum everyday and it's just NOT clean. Maybe Roomba could help me out there.
I just had my third child and my time is stretched more now than ever - a roomba would REALLY help out a lot (okay, a MAID would be ideal, but I'll start with the Roomba). One less chore is always good!

luv to win, two boys, a dog and a husband from the 1800's who doesn't do house work. I welcome help. Help hope I win
With a new baby, a yellow lab and a black cat keeping our floors free of the DDD (dust, dander, and dirt) is almost a full time job. A Roomba would give me more time for the little things--like a shower!!
With two small boys, I literally have to vacuum EVERYDAY. The kitchen floor always has food crumbs, and they play really hard - mostly outside digging in the dirt - and they bring in so much dirt. The Roomba would be awesome for this working mom. I can't imagine coming home to clean floors rather than coming home to clean floors!! Thanks for the great giveaway I can only dream of winning.
To not have to use my old, clunker of a vacuum would save my back and legs from much pain. This is why I would like to win.
Having "someone else" do the vacuuming would be great and such a time saver. That chore seems to get put off more than others.
I would vacuum instead of having DD do it
