Happy Holidays!

From our family to yours, we hope you are having a wonderful holiday season! Ours has been filled with love, joy and many blessings, and for that we are thankful.

With our 2 and 5 year old around, Christmas has been even more of a joy. Seeing their surprise and delight in opening gifts and discovering new toys is more fun each year. I'm not sure my daughter had a favorite gift this year - she's still playing with everything. My son's favorite, hands down, is his battery-powered "James" steam engine from "Thomas and Friends". All I heard when he got up yesterday moring was "My James" over and over because during the night, "his James" had fallen out of the crib and we couldn't locate him. Ah, to be 2 again.

This picture was taken just before we took Ivy to see Disney on Ice two weeks ago. I'm so excited because she's wearing a coat that I wore when I was about her age. I loved it then, and love it even more now on her, 35 years later.
