If you're like me you do like some good chocolate at the end of a long day. Preferably with a glass of really good red wine. And a little quiet time to really enjoy it. Well, the quiet time rarely happens but the wine and chocolate are a frequent indulgence at my house.

My favorite kinds are the dark chocolate varieties. Especially the flavors that combine dark chocolate and nuts.
