Eat Your Voots

Getting kids to eat right can be quite hard. Unless it's easy. Seems like kids have a natural tendency to want to spend their daily caloric allotment on things like junk food and candy, with maybe a little fruit or yogurt thrown into the mix. And when it comes to vegetables, well, forget about it. Although my daughter will eat her broccoli, and sometimes even ask for it, that's about the extent of her daily intake of veggies. So I was glad to hear about Voots to help fill in some of the nutritional gaps that moms like me worry about.

Made without any added sugar or artificial flavor (how many things can you say that about these days?), Voots have a naturally sweet taste and are filled with a high concentrations of real produce. Each serving is equivalent to eating three servings of fruits and vegetables, which means that not only do kids (and grown-ups, too) get the vitamins and minerals they need, but they get all the power of antioxidants, too.

My kids give Voots a big thumbs up! They make this mom happy, and satisfy the kids with something sweet and yummy, that's good for them, too!

I was looking for Voots because I had given them to my son at one time and he loved them and I came across this blog entry of yours when I searched. I was looking into giving them to him again. Now they're gone! I can't find them online, their website is gone and people are wondering what happened to them? Was it some kind of scam? Just curious to know if you still give them to your kids, or can't find them anywhere also? Do you have any idea why they might not be selling them anymore and shut down their website? Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear that Voots are no longer around. My kids loved them too! I don't think it was a scam at all - they probably just didn't survive the economic slowdown.

It wasn't a scam at all we would buy them by the case directly from their website. We loved them and I cannot find their website any longer. Sad!
