Show Your True Colors

When we give we help others, but we also receive ourselves. One great way to give back to those in service to our country is Operation Gratitude, which seeks to lift the morale of those deployed in remote locations far from friends and family, by sending care packages. These packages are addressed to individual soldiers and contain food, hygiene products, entertainment items and personal letters of appreciation, all wrapped with good wishes of love and support.

Cafe Press is a supporter of Operation Gratitude, and has created a special edition line of tee shirts, tanks and onesies that let you show your true colors. A portion of the proceeds from sales of these items will be donated to Operation Gratitude. As we gear up for Independence Day, stock up on your red, white and blue and show your gratitude while supporting a great cause!

Win It
We're giving away four (4) Remember onesies from Cafe Press ($15 value each) to fit your infants (0-3 mos), just in time to show their stars and stripes for July 4th. To enter, just leave a comment and tell us how you show your patriotism. Deadline is Midnight, EST, June 15, 2009.

our flag is out every day that it isn't extremely windy, rainy or snowy. you just don't see as many flags out anymore and it's really sad because this is when we need to show it most! neenee838@yahoo.com

My husband is serving in Iraq now so we show our patriotism everyday so he knows we are always thinking of him. We wear our Army T-shirts proudly and fly our flag.

We have a new baby coming in September so these would be perfect.

The small town my SO is from has a huge 4th of July celebration. We go over to his mom's and drape the fence in red, white, and blue, and put flags up wherever possible. We then go to the parade and salute our veterans. After a pig roast with family, we venture down to the street festival. It is a blast!

This would be perfect for my friend who had her first child last week.
We fly our flag and usually have a few people over for a barbecue on the 4th. I also personally thank our service men and women when I see the for serving our country.
