Trackout. I get in the swing of it for 9 weeks. Then, the kids are home again. I always say that I'll get out of bed and go before my husband leaves for work, but I never quite make it. It turns into a roller coaster of building up endurance, falling back, building up . .. But, I tell myself better than doing nothing at all!

getting motivated to get to the gym, once I"m there I'm fine...but getting in gear to go takes extra effort

This sounds like a great way to keep excercising in the "nooks and crannies" of our life! I am motivated by my group Pilates class, but that is only a couple days a week. My newest motivation is coming from Kathy Kaehler, who has a new blog to inspire and lead us through workouts. http://www.kathykaehler.net/blog/

(full disclosure: she also happens to be USANA's newest spokesperson)

My biggest workout challenge is to actually get up and get moving. I like DVDs and Wii but I live with my elderly mother and we only have one TV, and she watches so much stuff!

Eliptical. I hate it so much but I know it really works well. That and getting my butt out of bed.

My tummy. I can't stand crunches, as they hurt my neck and back. Basically, I have no core. It is hard to get into a workout routine when everything seems hard and/or painful. While these workout bracelets won't help with my tummy.... I would love to get me some Michelle Obama arms while I'm dreaming big..... a girl can dream, can't she?

It's been so cold here lately we haven't been able to go walking. We went to the mall early a couple of days, then the bitter cold moved in so we are waiting until later this week when the temps get back up to the 30's before we venture out again to be mall walkers. I am just waiting for Spring so I can walk outside again!!!
